Modular Cold Rooms

Modular Cold Room Solutions
At GTA Cool Solution, we specialise in designing strong, reliable, and energy-efficient Modular Cold Rooms tailored to your space and cooling requirements. Built with precision-engineered components, each unit undergoes rigorous quality control to meet global standards. Available in standard and custom sizes, our cold rooms operate across a wide temperature range of -60°C to +80°C. With split-type refrigeration systems, they efficiently manage heat and maintain optimal temperature even in Indian ambient conditions.
Our Cold Rooms use high-quality PUF panels, doors with magnetic gaskets, digital temperature indicators, and engineered flooring. We serve various sectors, including seafood, dairy, floriculture, restaurants, hospitals, and horticulture.
Every project is customised to suit client needs, ensuring reliability, temperature accuracy, and long-term performance. Our modular units support hygienic storage, easy maintenance, and outstanding energy savings making them a smart investment for any commercial cooling need.
Precision Cooling Room Engineering
GTA Cool Solution uses high-pressure injection moulding to manufacture PUF-insulated panels, ensuring uniform foam quality and top thermal performance. These prefabricated panels are rigid, weatherproof, and twice as efficient as polystyrene or mineral wool. Available in thicknesses ranging from 60mm to 200mm, they provide flexibility for various temperature applications. Each panel has tongue and groove joints and can be easily assembled using cam locks made of mild steel or plastic, guaranteeing a sturdy, leak-proof structure.

Doors are reinforced with durable Noryl, injected with PUF for insulation, and fitted with magnetic gaskets and heaters for sub-zero storage. Sliding doors are also available. Flooring options include aluminium chequered sheet panels or recessed PUF slabs with tile finishes, offering durability, hygiene, and insulation for long-term cold storage needs.

Everything You Need to Know About Modular Cold Rooms
Have questions about our Modular Cold Rooms? From build quality to temperature control, here are the most commonly asked queries to help you understand the benefits of GTA Cool Solution’s expert cold room services.
What materials are used for cold room panels?
Our panels are made using PUF with high-pressure injection moulding, ensuring top insulation, rigid structure, and weatherproof performance with thicknesses ranging from 60mm to 200mm.
How does the refrigeration system work efficiently?
We use split-type refrigeration units that manage heat externally, reduce energy loss, and suit Indian ambient conditions, maintaining precise temperatures from -60°C to +80°C.
Are cold rooms available in custom sizes?
Yes, GTA Cool Solution offers both standard and custom-built cold rooms based on client space, temperature range, and industry-specific cooling needs.
What are the flooring options provided?
Clients can choose between aluminium chequered sheet flooring or recessed PUF slab insulation finished with tiles, both engineered for strength and hygiene.
What industries do you supply to?
We cater to seafood, dairy, floriculture, poultry, supermarkets, hotels, central kitchens, pharmaceuticals, and other industrial sectors that require advanced cold storage solutions.
What makes your cold rooms energy efficient and cost saving?
Our cold rooms use advanced split refrigeration systems with remote heat disposal, reducing energy consumption and refrigerant charges. This setup ensures efficient heat management, even in Indian climatic conditions, resulting in long-term operational savings.
Do your cold rooms come with built-in safety and control features?
Yes, we include high and low pressure controls, room thermostats, and large electrical control panels. These components help ensure consistent temperature control, improved system safety, and simplified monitoring for operators.
What components enhance cooling performance in your cold rooms?
We use copper tubes with aluminium fin condensers, mounted thermostatic expansion valves, and liquid solenoid valves for optimal refrigeration flow and temperature stability, even at low temperatures.
How do you handle low temperature and defrosting needs?
Our systems include electric defrost provisions on low-temperature evaporators and are designed to prevent frost buildup, ensuring uninterrupted performance in sub-zero environments without manual intervention.
What types of refrigerants do you offer in your systems?
We offer eco-friendly refrigerant options including R22 for chillers and R404A (CFC-free) for freezers. These refrigerants balance performance, safety, and environmental compliance.
