We Use PUF Panels

High pressure injection moulding equipment is used to inject polyurethane foam (PUF) into the panels. This ensures precision in producing foam of the highest quality, and uniformity of the K factor in panels.

Some Key Features of the panels are as follows:

• Prefabricated with polyurethane insulation.
• Rigid and weather proof
• Two times better quality than polystyrene or mineral wool
• Light sturdy and efficient – due to high pressure foam injection
• Available in range of thickness – 60mm,80mm,100mm,120mm,150mm and 200mm

Doors

The Cold Room’s door is a product of careful engineering. The door sections are reinforced for rigidity and the threshold is provided with durable Noryl. The standard swing doors are injected with PUF. Sliding doors are provided as an alternative where needed.

Joints

The elements have tongue and groove joints. They can be assembled by means of eccentric cam locks of mild steel or plastic.

Floor

Carrier Cold Rooms come with two flooring options :

• Floor panel finished with aluminium chequered sheets.
• Recessed PUF slab insulation finished with tiles.
